Manage your classes now through your mobile device! Otherwise login to Tinytots via the Mindbody website.

HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS?

Under the “My Info Tab” click on the “My Schedule” sub tab. Here you will be able to see all your scheduled sessions and have the option to cancel any sessions that you cannot attend. Cancellations have to be done before the time of the relevant class.

HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

Under the “Group Classes” tab you will see all the available Tinytots classes. Click on “Sign Up Now” next to the class you wish to register. On the next screen you will have the option to make a single reservation for your selected class (on the left hand side, 1 session credit would be used for this) or a recurring reservation for that particular class for a number of weeks of your choice (on the right hand side, choose dates and system will auto calculate how many session credits would be used). If you have sufficient credits you will receive an automatic email confirming your reservation, alternatively you may renew your package and we will assign the new credits to your account.

I CAN ONLY SEE ONE CHILD’S CLASSES, HOW DO I SEE THE OTHER’S?

Mindbody has now moved to a family account format which means that on the top right hand side of your screen you should be able to toggle between the different profiles for each of your dependents/children. Simply select your child’s profile and check under “My Info” tab, and “My Schedule” subtab.
