FREE TRIAL AND GETTING STARTED
  • How do I add a child to my family account on MindBody?
    If you have already created an account on MindBody, please follow these instructions:
    On the web, sign into MindBody. Please click on your name in the top right corner. You’ll see an option to add family member. This will open another tab where you can enter the names of your child. Once entered, go back to previous tab to refresh. Click on your name in the corner again, you’ll see your child’s name appear now. Click on their name to complete the profile. You will now be able to book classes through your child’s profile.
  • How do we book/cancel classes?
    All class bookings are done through Mindbody. If you cannot access your account, please contact us via Whatsapp or Email.
  • MindBody Family Account
    The new Family Account feature allows you to manage multiple dependent profiles all from a single portal and login. You as the account owner will be able to manage classes for each of your dependents by toggling between your linked accounts at the top right.
  • Free Trial Policy
    Our Free trial promotion is strictly for one class only. If you would like to trial our classes at another venue or a different program before committing to a package, you will have to purchase a single class.
  • What do I bring to class?
    For your first class your chlid will need comfortable clothes for a sports class, sports shoes and a water bottle. (Please avoid any clothes that restrict movements and any open shoes). For your second class you will additionally need your Tinytots uniform.

  • What packages do you offer?


     
  • Package Sharing

    Normally you would purchase a package for each child under the respective profile and use the relevant credits to book classes. However, if you would like to purchase a bigger package and share those credits across your children, we can enable a package sharing option for you so that the system is able to recognise credits from your other related profiles to make class bookings. Drop us a message with the accounts that you’d like to link and we’ll do that for you as soon as possible!
  • Package Flexibility

    When you purchase a package, you can come to any of the locations that we offer, and you can even use the same package for all the programs (Gym and Soccer) we offer! We only ask that you sign up for an age-appropriate class for your child, and that you sign up the night before classes so that we can ensure we have an assistant on hand if it is required.
  • Package Extension

    Our packages are designed with some buffer of time in order to complete your package without requiring an extension. If you are travelling for a long period of time or have an extended MC, and require an extension, please send in proof of travel to info@tinytots.com.sg or Whatsapp 83174229 so that we can add the appropriate amount of time to your package validity.
  • Tinytots Uniform

     


    The Tinytots uniform is compulsory for all of our Soccer classes. After purchasing the uniform via our website or your MindBody account, our coaches will pass it to you at your next registered class. The coaches normally will have various sizes for all age groups at the venue. You will be able to pick the correct size on the day. For reference, sizes go according to age, for example, a 3 year old would typically wear a size 3.

VENUES
  • Wet Weather
    Classes still go ahead as most of our venues are sheltered. The only exception is at Skypark Arena as it is an outdoor venue. In case it is raining in the morning of class, we will inform you of class cancellation via a story on our social media accounts (Instagram: @tinytots_singapore, Facebook: Tinytots Singapore) by 8am. Class credits would be automatically returned to your account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Class cancellation policy
    If you cancel before the 24-hour mark on your MindBody account, you will get your credit back. If you cancel after the 24-hour mark, an MC would be required to get the class credit returned to you. You can email the MC to info@tinytots.com.sg or Whatsapp to 83174229.
  • Package Extension
    Our packages are designed with some buffer of time in order to complete your package without requiring an extension. If you are travelling for a long period of time or have a long MC, and require an extension, please send in proof of travel to info@tinytots.com.sg or Whatsapp 83174229 so that we can add the appropriate amount of time to your package validity.
  • Registration
    • Limited slots are available for each class and registration for those slots are open on a first-come-first-served basis.
    • Once relevant credits are purchased and a class booking is made on your account, you will receive an email confirmation for the class. Tinytots reserves the right to refuse a child’s participation if payment for class is incomplete.
    • Note that although Tinytots classes run all year round, class packages have a validity period and the relevant credits must be used within the designated validity period.
    • For those signing up for the first time there will be a S$50 kit fee which is compulsory to wear at class and will include jersey, shorts, socks.
    • If your child has any special requirements / medical conditions that our team should be aware of, please inform us in advance via Whatsapp/Email
  • Refund Policy
    No refunds will be made except in the following circumstances:
    • A class is cancelled due to insufficient numbers
    • A child is unable to attend for medical reasons. To request a class credit for medical reasons please send in child’s MC to info@tinytots.com.sg.
    • An outdoor class is cancelled due to haze or wet weather conditions. In this case, we will inform parents/guadians usually around an hour before class time via Whatsapp or E-mail.
    • A coach has fallen sick last minute, is unable to conduct their class and we’re unable to send a replacement coach in.
    • No credit will be given for a student who misses a session for any other reason.
  • Class Etiquette
    • Children must bring their water bottles and wear their Tinytots uniform to class
    • Sports shoes with socks are required for outdoor classes. For indoor classes only socks will be required.
    • Children will meet at the venue at the start of class time and guardians will be required to pick the students up from the same designated spot at the end class. Please be punctual for pick up and drop off so as to avoid disruption for other participants.
    • 18-36 month classes are parent accompanied classes and presence of a parent or guardian will be required throughout the class
    • Guardians will be contacted via e-mail at least 45 minutes prior to session commencement if cancellation is to be made. Children and guardians shall obey the rules and regulations governing the grounds.
  • Haze Policy
    The 1 hour PM 2.5 reading on the NEA website will be used to determine whether classes should go ahead. In the event that the 1 hour PM 2.5 mark is above the 150 level 2 hours before the class, we will go ahead and cancel the relevant class and inform parents/guardians registered to the particular class via an e-mail notification. Should such a situation occur, you will be automatically credited with 1 session which would be valid for use as a makeup during the validity period of your package.
  • Liability Waiver
    I hereby give consent for my child/me to take part in the activity and consent to any emergency treatment as necessary. I accept that Tinytots Sports Pte Ltd and their management, employees and coaches are not under liability whatsoever in respect of injury, loss or damage to my child’s/my health or property whilst participating in any coaching sessions, camps, tournament or other activities wherein my child participates. I understand that participating in any Tinytots Sports Pte Ltd organized activity is at my child’s/my own risk. Tinytots Sports Pte Ltd treats safety and wellbeing of children as a priority and reserves the right to expel from any of our activities and without refund any participant or its family who is found bullying, misbehaving or who is generally disruptive.
  • Photographs and Videos
    I herewith consent that any photos or videos taken during Tinytots Sports Pte Ltd organized activities are the sole property of Tinytots Sports Pte Ltd and can be used for marketing purposes. These photos or videos will not be passed onto third parties. If you do not wish us to use phoyou run tos or videos that include your children, please write to us at info@tinytots.com.sg with subject line “PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS”
